I try to do more of these shorter improvised session with my Eurorack setup in future.
A DROID Master and a P10 expander are the heard of the melody creation in this session. I can control the parameters of a Turing Machine (algoquencer circuit) and an arpeggio. The CV from the ribbon controller can be recorded and looped, quantizied and mixed with the sequence from the Turing Machine. I can then send this sequence to voice 1 (µPlaits/µJove) and the arpeggio to voice 2 (µDCO/µVCF) and vis versa. So I can create and manipulate my melodies on the fly and stay in scale. In this session I'm not using chords from Chainsaw but these would also be controlled by DROID.
Some of the modulation I control with the Erica Synths Black Joystick 2. Most of the time it is the filter cut off and decay/release. For voice 1 it is the amount of triggers created by Kompas from Bastl Instruments. The Black Joystick 2 can also record and loop CV.
Uncut recording, only the audio track was processed with Ozone 9.
